"We had such a strong sense of being different and that the things we observed were unique to us because it felt like what we did was such an inside world," she says. "I often saw people, you know, with the hats and all the hair on the side, just around North London... And I just always felt like, wow, they're just like another group." She adds: "It's so fascinating to hear about because it's so rare that one gets an insight"
