Is There a Way to Encode Shortcuts?

Jason: I like working with shortcuts and just making automation. So the idea kind of just like spiraled out of me wanting to code outside of my computer, like on my phone. And this, you know, the export methods that we've got coming with iOS 15 are able to edit those files and create new shortcuts that way. It's basically a do this just like a lot of text commands only with more complex formatting.
