I've been involved in the creation of things like social media for scary to think about it 41 years now. And I will say as a general rule, non real name content is worse than real name content. So every message system filters away stuff that for some reason thinks you shouldn't see. How would PASER work to modulate that? It turns bubble city into like a television set where you basically pass the city and watching stuff go by on the screen. But up till then, you can just sit there and watch the stream.
