Elon Musk tweeted that he had spoken to Russian President Vladimir Putin. CNN's Scott Zamost says the tweet is now being used in Russian media as a talking point. The Kremlin also denies the two spoke, but it could be an attempt by Musk to get out of his troubles with U.S. He thinks Elon may have violated the Logan Act which criminalizes negotiation between unauthorized American citizens and foreign governments having dispute with United States.
