The Relationship of Brands on the Internet

We're on the verge of a paradise shift, almost, in terms of brand's digital relationship with our customers. And i think it's going to be about participation, getting and even getting back to some of these community concepts from web one and two. So if a brand decides to create a digial communities, you know, that is the main thing that has to happen. I don't think it's clear exactly how it's all going to play out but we'll just have to wait and see.
