Dax's Testimony on the Murder of Robert LaVois
Dax testified that Michael our getter was larger than him and grabbed him by the shoulder to hold him back. Dax said he didn't know how many bullets were left in his rifle. When it came to Michael our getters testimony that Dax had confessed at the bar in Edmonton, Dax reported the opposite. He testified that Michael was not there with a random girl. It was his girlfriend at the time, a woman called Alliana. In fact, it was Michael who told Dax that he had returned to his father's property sometime after the murder and had burned Robert's body.
