Northwestern has no time to bring in new players. The NCAA rule is that you can play four weeks before you are in a little transfer. You're stuck for a year of eligibility. After those four weeks then it becomes an extra fade on Northwestern because any player worth their weight that can go play football elsewhere is going to stop playing after four weeks, reserve that year of eligibility and enter the transfer.
