Working With Local Communities in Afghanistan

The money would be best in the hands of local communities, churches and groups who know the exact needs of the country. The issue is, what kind of structure will we have for accountability? I wiltnot answer your question. But i can name a few organizations operating within haiti that have a proven track record of actual success with funds donated to them. We look at these organizations and look at the body of work that they have done, and that's how we vet them. So we have precedent for this, ok?
