Should You Go Sales Lead or Product Lead?

It doesn't really matter where you start. You're going to end up needing to do both in the modern go to market model. This again is not a replacement it's not sales lead being replaced by product lead. This is you need to do both so those are very, very relevant today and at harness. We use a value based selling framework we enable every single seller that comes into organization around it. And ultimately if you do these things you will have an inbound lead funnel that's very efficient. It will require you to have a flexible sales process. And I think that's where the trade-off often gets a little bit sticky for go to market teams.
