The Importance of Communication in the NBA

SJ: It remains amazing to me that Ben Simmons didn't show up to work and the NBA had shit to say about it. I think, you know, I don't blame SGA. I blame the people in charge because he's by all, like accounts, a good kid. But this is how he sees it because there's nobody communicating that it should be any other kind of way. All the communication from on high is that you don't have responsibilities to your job beyond whatever is on the exact dotted line.
