How to Seed a Market Place Business?
Market place businesses are a love hate thing for me. They're so difficult to start, but once they get going,. it just sort of keeps me motivated to work on them. So hen you think about supply and demand, like the classic response, people say, oh, you seed one side. That's all you got to do. But again, it can be done both ways. At my own start up skill slate that i cofounded, we tried to hack the supply side. Another approach is something i call the trojan horse approach. And it's really about creating a solution for the supply side before you even have any demand.
