What's the Difference Between a Voltaire and a Man's Theology?
Voltaire is interested in contact between two different created species, neither of which has more access to god than the other. These aliens are enormous and live for hundreds or thousands of years, and to them, human beings are as fleeting as a flea. And so what is similar and what is different about their philosophical conclusions and scientific conclusions when they have thousands of years to observe and consider? It was funny, of mean to cut that kind of sicuasince o,. i sort of suspected that there was a book of the new sun influence on this, but it was interesting to have that confirmed.
