I think that one thing that's really important that we especially in journalism when we have deadlines and everything else like we really treat things like they're an emergency. It's all things are not an emergency. And I think that we really want to show our work a lot, but we and it's unnecessary like, oh, I answered the email first. Do you have any like practical tips that you can remember from when your kid was a little younger about adjusting to this new normal?
