The Discordant Claim of Faith in the Modern World
Priest: "We Christians believe that God speaks to us. And if you just take that phrase and throw it out there, I think for a lot of people, it's alarming" He says we shouldn't be surprised then when we begin to hear his voice in our own hearts. But the issue remains that in like sitting down to pray, it's not like we're getting like a fax or like an email to people who don't even fax anymore.
