What Was the Reaction to That?

I think what got me was it was so vulnerable and so open. It looked like it was unscripted. You did the classic British self-deprecating move, which obviously wins people over. And then I think you had three things you're going to do. The number one was I'm going to change nothing,. But that was amazing. To me, it was like an example of a brilliant vision talk because it was so disarming and so vulnerable.
