The Power of Images as Metaphors

Jungian life is about using an image that speaks to us in the same visceral way that a dream does. I quit brainstorming nouns first when I do illustration because Frank Camaro, who is a designer, he talks about how when you're looking for a metaphor, you's looking for nouns that share the same verb. The example I give a bunch on this show is Iron Giant. If you want to illustrate an article about how we need to deprogram ourselves, the image you're gonna look to might be a robot. So programmed is the verb and the noun might be your own brain or a robot, right?
