How Do You Write a Novel?
Central to the novel is this love story between jo and fish, which feels very real. I wanted the whole thing to be very visual and also very musical. The way they speak to each other is the way that young men speaking to each other iit contain strong language, and yet there is, there's wonderful poetry to it.
