The Barriers to Delivery in Primary Care
There's not enough resource and funding that goes into change management. And I think that's really where a lot of projects fail. We may go out and deliver it, but then they get the prices after they go back to the old way because they haven't got that support. So when they're getting dragged on long and long, it's just not that they don't want to do the project,. It's a fact that the workforce is causing them the barriers to moving forward.
