The Consequences of a Slow Motion Train Wreck

I think there could be because if my slow motion train wreck thesis holds up, I'm envisioning like two to five years kind of thing over which you reach a bottom and then things start slowly crawling their way to a better place. You know, catmark back in the day was one of the best investments I've ever seen in my life because it did have residential exposure on top of commercial exposure. So maybe you'll get some opportunities like that here. And if we do, I think we should all be alert to them. But right now I certainly don't see anything resembling that.
