My question is, this employee has been sexually harassing other employees. I'm struggling because he was an employer provided housing and will probably be homeless when we fire him. So what would be the right thing to do? We're always set out to be as kind and generous to folks as we possibly can. And you have the bandwidth financially to be kind. How about yourself?
