How to Measure HDL Cholesterol Levels

"I was drowning in triglyceride rich lipoproteins that just could not be diagnosed by looking at a triglyceride level," he says. "Had I done an ABOB early in my life? I would have seen good God." If the HDL is gathering triglycerides, it's losing cholesterol and so you need to measure ABOB in low HDL cholesterol.
