Is Melotonen Regulated by the FDA?
The recommended dose for difficulties with sleep are three to five milligrams about a half hour before bed. Sometimes melotone can help you fall asleep, ut then you wake up later. It's important that it be stored in a dark room. If it's exposed to light, it can be deactivated. But usually people respond in terms of being tired and ready to sleep at those doses of 3 to 5 milograms.
