As adults we almost forget what it's like to be a beginner at something, or we slowly veer away from the idea of becoming a beginner again. Just implementing a system that actually allows you to have some quick winds is so essential. The more hard things you do, the more you're willing to go and engage in hard things again. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. That's where the learning happens.
