Coordination Failure - The God of the Multipolar Trap
Moloch being the sort of like visceral representation of coordination failure as the god of coordination failure is sort of the shorthand being used here. Specifically multipolar traps, so coordination failure that is baked into the way that an art system is actually architected. So such a system will always have two parties and they'll be maximally polarized in a finite time.
