Are You Streaming Other People's Videos?

YouTube is getting into like feature requests and questions here. Will there be more collaborative videos in the future between creators using new username tags? And then there's also a tweet from Nico Omelana, who references the like Instagram collab feature. Are there any plans to have a feature like that with shorts?
