Is It Really Easy to Keep a Promise?

It's really easy to keep a promise when it has no negative impact on your bottom line. But die your customer first one, right? If something's omer's best interests, but it's going to cost you money, at least in the short term, and you decide not to do it because it's going To cost you money,. then really, your promise is hollow. I would add to that, it's interesting to see promises and how they're kept or not kept, based upon a situation.
