How did you go about creating your vision for a card or zoom and selling that internally? I always came back to two things, which I think in products always really matter. The first is what's the customer experience? And the second is kind of what's the what's the P and L impact? So what's this going to look like for the longer term perspective? It was very helpful for people to be able to see the clarity around where the customers were heading.
