Convention on Genicide - Articles 1 and 2

Lemkin died of a heart attack on august 20, 59. He spent the last years of his life living in the U.S. But he didn't live long enough to see us Ratify the genicide convention. And that is another thing that limpkin did not get to see: The first 22 nations signified their intent for each of their governments to ratify it.
