How Does Intellectual Conversion Help Augustine Come to Realize Who He Is?
In the Eucharistic eating, God has made himself food so that we can become him. That's a complete inversion of pride. It really immediately becomes a concrete realization of who he is in relationship to God. He can't live his life properly without those two things going together.
