I remember trying to find something where we could all come together and learn from each other, but at the time it was so separated. And there just wasn't. We started posting on Instagram, I'll be at this place at this time, come if you can,. It started really small, like come to this brunch spot. At first, it was 12 resties showed up. Then it was come to a spin class; then it was a free wellness retreat. The group is now known for doing these free events, free wellness retreats around the world.
