The History of Coffee and Tea in Europe

Tea and coffee come in at the same time. They tend to be both served in the same places, but tea becomes the dominant drink in Britain. There are many arguments as to why this is the case. One would certainly seem to be to do with essentially decisions taken or arrived at in the East India company whereby they saw control of the tea market is easier to achieve.
