How Do You Recognize Women Deacons?

John, bruce and tim talk about the role of women as deaconesses in their churches. Tim: How you categorize them is a big part of what we're talking about here. John says he's pretty sure that ligan would not have women deaconsd if they were allowed one way or the other. But on the other hand, plenty of churches be waigh way too uncomfortable with using the term 'deaconess' They say it seems to go too close to a not recognizing the authority imean we we have to do a lot of explanation around the church.
