ADC as females podcast has been a journey that I obviously don't have a diagnosis yet and this is kind of been something for me to lean on whilst I'm waiting. There's also that fear that you know once I do get this diagnosis well my assessment that they tell me a don't have ADHD and then it's becomes ADHD as frauds but it's yeah I think I would have struggled a lot more without this so for just on a personal level doing this has been really supportive and having you alongside me supporting me has just beenYeah extremely helpful because I would have just been alone.
