Is Now a Good Time to Invest?
In general, bear markets and bull markets tend to happen with a similar magnitude and frequency as they have in the past. If we were to make a new low, so to speak, if we're already on our way to recovery, I think that means it's because there wasn't a recession. We can look at US stock performance during the first half of recessions, the second half recessions and then the same in expansions. The returns in the second half Recessions have been quite good.
