The biggest channel in marketing hands down and the most like powerful channel is word of mouth. The person who's going to cause the most word of mouth is usually the person who had a good experience with the product or talking to the then someone at the end of the funnel not at the beginning. I think this is one thing that I see companies not doing enough of and not involving a customer experience person because it goes back to acquiring your customer all day long but how are you retaining them?
