GCSEs are yeah and the fact that they're all done in one month as well as you've said elsewhere I think that in that particular period of time age 15 or 16 there's huge variation. There's also huge variation isn't there in cortical development so we're taking this snapshot of what's going on in this one month of time depending do irrelevant as to whether you are summer born or you know autumn born. We're doing this is sort of inherently unfair isn't it that we've thought we sort of just take this narrow slice of time and measure everybody on the same playing field because actually some of their brains have developed far far in advance of others at that time.
