Will Sherry Beasley Be Able to Turn Out Black Voters?

The last time a Democrat won a Senate race in North Carolina was 2008. What's going to determine the outcome of the race will be white college educated voters and also relying on high black turnout. I think that latter piece is interesting because Sherry Beasley exactly is a very compelling black woman candidate. If just one happens, I don't think it will be enough to flip that seat.
