How to Teach Executive Function Skills to Teens

There are some great books out there about teaching executive function skills to teens on the spectrum. Dr. Adele Nodowski's been very successful working with teenagers on this and she's got a book out about it. For our kids who tend to really thrive on structure that they like understanding something knowing where something goes when do I have to have it, if you give them the skills of executive functions which are all about structure, they thrive.
