I love the selfish thing because you can't pour for a minute to come up and it's that thing about putting your mask on before something else. And I think motherhood is one of those things that when you get lost in being incredibly selfless and you don't make any time for yourself, you just, you're drained. Just try and be kind to yourself. Yeah. You really are. The Christian O'Connell put on his Instagram and I was like, that sounds like me. And I'll cry. Then you can blame the tears on the movie. But really not your hormones and how sad you are about the fact that you don't know who you are anymore. Oh
