We're buying villas in older 70 style blocks with a bit of land component in up and coming areas where the, you know, where we do have the income profile right for the suburbs. But we're giving ourselves or protecting our clients from having any of that side with tracking momentum that you might get if they're going to be sort of paying 2018 prices right now.
