The investor must follow policies which are inherently sound and promising, but not popular on Wall Street. A common stock may be undervalued because of lack of interest or unjustifying wide-popular prejudice. Buying a neglected and therefore undervalued issue for profit generally approves a protracted and patient's trying experience. And selling shorter too popular and therefore overvalued issue is apt to test one's courage and stamina as well as depth of pocketbook.
