Teachers are asked in surveys whether for support of administration or pay rays tey useless. 95% of teachers report being happy because they have a support of administration. The number of teachers who are unhappy are leaving the profession, are leaving because they don't feel supported. And i think that's the more interesting question as we move into this, look further to this decade. Let's see which one families and students will choose.
