The way that we like to think about it is jobs to be done is a tool or an instrument and you have to learn how to play it. You are not going to sound like Jimi Hendrix anytime soon, right? He's got ten fingers and six strings on his guitar. But he somehow seems better than everybody else. And there's some critical elements to the practice. One is really being able to think and differentiate between what's a job and what's a solution.
