Getting Out With the Gays Is Like a Movement Strategy

I had an experience recently that really like crystallized it this for me where it was actually at pride this year. At the prides in Seattle there's always these like dudes that show up with these big signs that say like horrible homophobic things on them and they stand there and hold them. I walked up to one of them this year and said like great day to be out with the gays right but then a group of queers started following him and just like blocking his sign with another queer sign. They all came to a stop and there was a big dance party that formed which felt like such a beautiful exercise of life in the face of death culture. You can't take that from us you
