Our self protective system of our, it's our sympathetic nervous system. We may find ourselves having a lot of outbursts because we know that they'll show up if we have many other behavioral responses to get them to stay close to us. If you're familiar with experiences like anxiety, worry, frustration, fear, terror, rage, panic attacks, your heart rate is going to be increasing. That's all a result of you resourcing your sympathetic nervous systemBecause your system learned in your earliest childhood experiences. This is what I need to do to maintain closeness and safety. I have to keep someone close to be okay.
