If you're familiar with experiences like anxiety, worry, frustration, fear, terror, rage, panic attacks, your heart rate is going to be increasing. That's all a result of you resourcing your sympathetic nervous systemBecause your system learned in your earliest childhood experiences. This is what I need to do to maintain closeness and safety. I have to keep someone close to be okay.
