There are a lot of terrific apps out there now. I love Insight Timer where if you're not the type of person that can sit there and try to have a clear mind for 15 minutes, which those of us with ADHD probably like running in the opposite direction at the thought of having to sit and do nothing for 15 minutes. Self compassion is one of those things that really can get you through a tough day because if you are an ADHD parent, parenting an ADHD child, it's hard work. It's not easy. Thankfully actually my daughter, she's actually very well behaved and we've now sort of managed to find a pattern but I know I've got friends who've got sons
