The Importance of Carnivore Diet for Mental Health

I was really looking for a diet being able to go out of depressive behavior. Amber O'Hern and Georgia Eid were saying that very high fat diet were helping with mental illness. So I really, I just gave a shot and it's the best decision I have taken in my life. We don't have anything wrong with us. We've been drugged by our diet. And we're poisoned. That's all we are. As you mentioned, the rainbow and eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts three to six times a day,. limit your red meat and don't eat fat.
