How to Stay Motivated for a Thing You've Been Doing for Some Time

I've got a like notepad with 130 video ideas in the moment, but I very rarely actually go to that list because I just are please playing something new and be like, Oh, I want to do a video on that. It's just because it's so driven by what I'm currently like excited about or interested in or curious about that old topics. So just always chasing something new. How do you stay? You're doing this for approximately four years now and you have such an energy about it, right? Is there any trick to staying motivated? Like, is it a certain amount of like regular output or do you have any like, how do you maintain that level of excitement
