Taking Responsibility as a Communicator

One of the things that shawn talked about in his podcast is, you know, responsibilities and and ways to think about your communication as the person trying to get the point across. And one of the big points he made in his show that i think really stuck with me was that if you're going to communicate something to another person, you are responsible for them receiving the message. I want to take a minute to talk about that. You know, what are ways you can be more focused as a communicator, and what ore ways be morefocused as a receiver? Ye, that's a great question. A that responsibility aspect, by the way, that was a big thing that stood out
