A New Vulnerability in Image Magic

Image magic has had a rich history of vulnerabilities. They are often caused by image magic, essentially just calling external binaries and unsafly passing parameters. This is particularly important for educational organizations that often do hand out locked down Chromebooks to students. The second one is kind of interesting in that an image being manipulated by image magic could after it's manipulated contain a file from the server.
